Our Mission

Loan Process Solution, LLC was established in 2001, seven years prior to the 2008 Nationwide market crash. In 2021, amidst the COVID pandemic, we decided to push forward. Our staff has 40+ years of accumulative knowledge in the lending industry. We believe that everyone who desires to own a home, can.

Our mission is to decrease mortgage default levels in demographics that need mortgage counseling the most. Taking the mystery out of the loan process is the right thing to do. Removing the industry jargon gives consumers a better understanding and a clear path to successfully navigate and meet their homeownership goal.

Our Vision

Our vision is to increase homeownership by offering an individualized educational platform (via Pre-purchase Mortgage Counseling) for consumers to better understand the mortgage process, prior to applying for a mortgage. We've designed a focus driven opportunity for individuals and families to accomplish their goal . The idea is to give the consumer the inside scoop of the process to build their confidence and mortgage readiness; thereby increasing homeownership.

Our vision also includes a seamless and smooth process flow for Mortgage Professionals (Mortgage Brokers, Lenders and Realtors); to ensure timely file submissions and loan closings for home purchases and refinances

Over 35 years of experience in Business Management, Operations, and Logistics. Dual management for multi-facilities. Control, Operate and manage 10 million dollar shops.

Harriet Lee

Managing Director

Founder of Loan Process Solution, LLC, with over 40 years of experience in the lending industry. Professional background includes serving as Homeownership Director for a national nonprofit organization and working as a trainer and coach for underwriters, mortgage processors, and loan originators. Held licenses in multiple states as an Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO), Mortgage Counselor, and HUD Housing Counselor.

Robert Lee Jr.

Managing Member

A silent partner and advisor for the organization. A Veteran, who served in the US Marine Corp. Mr. Lee's professional experience include operational logistics and team management.

A team is as good as the weakest link. Training is ongoing. We make it a point to stay on top of underwriting, product and processing guidelines.
