The purpose of our Free Mortgage Counseling services is to get you prepared for a mortgage loan, so that you can start the process to move into your dream home. Are you ready? Let’s get started by answering a few questions.

  • Are you a renter who is paying between $1200- $2000 a month rent?

  • Is your credit score between 600 or higher?

  • Are you willing to agree to LPS (Loan Process Solution LLC)Counseling Program terms?

If you answered yes to all questions, the next step is to sign up to attend an Loan Process Solution, LLC presentation.  The presentation is virtual and offers an overview of our services.  There isn't a charge to attend.

     Loan Application Pipeline Support

     (Supportive Service For Mortgage Professionals)

Pipeline Support 

  • Loan Process Solution will follow-up with loan applicants with urgency to gather documents that are necessary to complete, submit and move files (purchase and refinance loans) through your processing pipelines.

  • Package files to submit to your loan processing team.

  • Make regular contact and  give updates to applicants via phone, email, and text messaging.

  • Applicants are given access to a secured portal to upload documents.

  • Your assigned manager or designated team leader will have access to our secured portal for updates, 24/7.

  • Loan originators and their business partners (Realtors, Builders, etc.) will receive weekly updates via email.

  • Our Loan Application Pipeline Support services are affordably priced, $275.00 per loan. A minimum of  12 loans (files) per organization is required to engage in this offer. 

                                         Note: The price is negotiable when more than 12 files are submitted

Mortgage ​Processing Services  (Contract) 

(Supportive Services For Mortgage Professionals)    

Guidelines -  Contract Mortgage Processing Service :

To engage in this service recipients (Mortgage Professionals) must have an active NMLS number. Mortgage Professionals (Mortgage Brokers, Lenders, Loan Officer, etc.) must be licensed to originate mortgage loans and adhere to the lending guidelines in the State (s) that they are licensed. Their license must be active and in good standing with NMLS and all applicable State and governing agencies.  Recipient (Mortgage Professionals) must agree to all the terms outlined in our Mortgage Processing Service Agreement. 


Features - Contract Mortgage Processing Services:

  • Streamline loan application experience for applicants and mortgage professionals.

  • Secured portal access for applicants to upload their documents.

  • Files are reviewed within 48 hours of receipt to confirm compliance documents were issued timely.

  • All files are prioritized and monitored to ensure they are worked in accordance with your company’s timeline and expectations.

  • Applicants are contacted twice weekly (at minimum) via phone call, email and / or text messaging to keep them engaged and updated.

  • All necessary and critical changes which require redisclosures are accurately and appropriately managed.
