• Approved loan applicants are contacted twice weekly, by phone, email, or text messaging.
• Approved applicants will have access to a secured portal to upload documents to keep us informed of all changes, i.e.: Income changes, Residence, Purchases and etc.
•Your designated manager or your team leader will have access to our secured portal for updates, 24/7.
•The assigned Loan Originator and their business partners (Realtor, Builder, Etc.) will receive weekly updates via email.
•A minimum of ten (10) loans are required to benefit from this offer. Loan originators and / or Realtors who are interested can partner with a teammate to meet the 10-loan requirement.
•Realtors are welcome to enroll their approved clients, as well. Realtors and their clients will receive the same benefits.
The cost of service per-applicant is $160.00 for 8 weeks of peace of mind, confidence and control.

•our Loan Application Pipeline Support services are affordably priced, $275.00 per loan. A minimum of 12 loans per organization is required to engage in this offer.
Upon contract, “Pricing is Negotiable” when more than 12 loans are submitted.
