Topic: It's not all about your credit score!
There is a misconception that having a high credit score positions you to get an automatic approval. Little information is shared about the other areas of the report that Lenders focus on prior to approving mortgage loans. Most of these areas are 100% within your control. Overlooking them can cause delays and require additional documentation.

Our presentations are virtual and are held on Saturdays. We will start promptly at 10:00 AM. The presentation will last for approximately one hour. It may go a little over depending on the number of questions asked. For convenience, you may write your questions in the in-box, and we will be sure to respond back to you with an answer.
